Wassup all?!
Oh my goodness this week has been crazy! I don't have a lot of time...I'm sorry that this email will be pretty short. But first thing...I got my new comp! Her name is Soeur Ficquet...well, actually it's Sister Ficquet. She is from France! Yeah oh no! Hopefully my french skills kick in soon!! She was actually serving in the Temple Square mission but got sent home for 3 months because she got sick. And not she gets to serve in this mission for 3 months. It's kinda funny...I'm a short little american who gets to show a tall french girl the ropes of a french mission. Haha! Go figure...
Well...this week has been a long one! I dropped Soeur Mason off in Paris and it was hard to say goodbye. I am really going to miss her!! This transfer is only about 4 weeks because President Babin didn't want the 4th transfer day to be on Christmas eve. On our way to Paris...Soeur Mason and I had to stay in Nantes and right as we were getting off the train...it started to pour HUGE rain pellets. It was kind of funny...Soeur Mason and I were pulling the 2 big suitcases and Soeur Barton and Soeur Richards (the Nantes STL's) followed behind us to cover the suitcases with their umbrella's so they wouldn't get soaked. The rain was so bad that by the time we finally got to the apartment...we had to spend our dinner-time blow-drying the suitcases haha! It definitely made for some good memories:)
Haha...yeah so this past week has been pretty eventful. I'm sorry I don't have more time...I am running to another rendezvous...I hope everyone has a wonderful week. You are all in my thoughts and prayers. Thank you for all the letters and emails! They mean the world to me!!! Hopefully next week's email will be a little longer. Sorry! I LOVE YOU!!!
Have a great week:)
