So...I am sorry this email is a shorter one!! I know, I am still a slacker. Today has been a crazy day and I never have enough time to talk about what we do. So, I am going to try and do the most important things.
Well, today Soeur Ellis and I were able to go back to Sacré Coeur for P-day, but it was even more cool today because I got the opportunity to go to the top with my future Sister-in-law and her cute mom:) They were sweet enough to take me and Soeur Ellis out to dinner on Friday night and we also got to spend the day today ensemble. It was so much fun! She is super cute and I am so grateful that I got to meet her before the wedding in January!!
Um...yeah, so as I put in the title...I am getting transferred! I am being sent on the Lord's errand to Liège in Belgium!! It is probably going to be my last ville on my mission:( I am excited to head over there, but I am also very sad to be leaving all the wonderful people here in St.Ouen. It was really crazy, none of us were expecting me to leave and I was hoping to stay. So, yesterday after I bore my testimony in Sacrament meeting...a whole bunch of the members were asking me my schedule for the next 3 days until I leave. We have never had so many rendezvous!!! Haha!
It has been really tough to say goodbye. When I told Soeur Charline that I was leaving, she grabbed me and hugged me for a full 5 minutes and just started bawling. I have never cried leaving a ville but yesterday at church...the sprinklers were definately out of control. She always wore a specific pair of earrings with fish on them to our rendevous and I would always tell her that I thought she looked pretty in them, and right before she left the church...she took off her little poissons and put them in my ears. I have never cried so hard. It's been really tough to think about leaving. I'm going to miss it here so much!!
As I have been packing my suitcases and had to say good-bye to my friends here I can't help but think about the story about the missionary that found his 'friend'...there are so many things that I have learned on my mission, but one of the main things is that good things keep on coming. There isn't just one friend that I was sent here to find. I feel like all of my friends have found me and even though it sucks to leave, we have to step into the darkness a little to show Heavenly Father that we trust Him. And He will never cease to let the good things keep on coming!:) I hope you all have a wonderful week!!!! I love you!
Here's my new address....talk to you soon!
Oh also, just a heads up...packages don't get to missionaries in Belgium. But letters do...cough cough;)
